Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee drinks using premium beans and artisanal techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm hospitality
- Maintain spotless café cleanliness including espresso machine maintenance and inventory rotation
- Collaborate with team to create seasonal menus and promotional events
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions with precision

Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months barista or food service experience required
- Proficiency in espresso preparation and milk steaming techniques
- Food Handler Certification preferred (training provided if needed)
