Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee beverages
- Deliver exceptional customer service with genuine enthusiasm
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Source and recommend fresh coffee beans
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of barista experience preferred
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing techniques
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including weekends
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
