Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and precise techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm hospitality
- Maintain a pristine, organized workspace including espresso machines and brewing stations
- Process orders accurately through POS systems while managing cash transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations during peak hours
- Adhere to strict food safety standards and maintain cleanliness of all service areas
- Support inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in specialty coffee preparation preferred
- Deep passion for coffee culture and willingness to master brewing techniques
- Outstanding communication skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for handling cash and inventory tasks
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
