Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages including espresso, lattes, and seasonal specialties
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of barista station, equipment, and seating areas
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently through POS systems
- Collaborate with team to ensure smooth daily operations during peak hours
- Support inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Previous barista or food service experience preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
