Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event setups and breakdowns for 100-500+ guest events
- Provide VIP guest services including concierge assistance and conflict resolution
- Coordinate with venue staff and vendors to ensure operational excellence
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures during high-traffic events
- Manage inventory and asset tracking for premium event equipment
- Deliver brand-aligned experiences through polished client interactions
Qualifications
- 2+ years professional event staffing or hospitality experience
- Valid Texas Food Handler/Seller certification (or ability to obtain)
- Exceptional communication and de-escalation skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- TABC certification preferred
