Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and artistry
- Operate POS systems efficiently and accurately process transactions
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of all workstations, equipment, and seating areas
- Engage warmly with customers, remember regulars' preferences, and provide recommendations
- Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and rotating products
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless service
- Adhere to food safety standards and company operational procedures
Qualifications
- Must be available to start immediately (within 48 hours of application)
- Positive attitude and exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math skills for handling cash and operating POS systems
- Reliable transportation to and from work location
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- No prior barista experience required – training provided
- Must be 18+ years of age
