Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages including espresso, pour-overs, and seasonal creations
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized recommendations and warm hospitality
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of all coffee equipment and service areas
- Manage inventory and restock premium coffee beans, syrups, and supplies
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
- Participate in ongoing coffee training to expand brewing expertise
- Uphold brand standards while maintaining efficient workflow
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional coffee preparation experience
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and flavor profiles
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Basic POS system proficiency and cash handling experience
- Flexibility to work weekends, early mornings, and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification preferred
