Responsibilities
- Prepare specialty coffee drinks with precision and artistry
- Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Operate POS systems and handle transactions
- Collaborate remotely on inventory management
- Support digital marketing initiatives
- Train on sustainable sourcing practices
- Participate in virtual team meetings
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year coffee preparation experience
- Comfort with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom)
- Knowledge of specialty coffee brewing methods
- Food Handler's Permit (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a hybrid team
- Basic digital literacy for remote tasks
