Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and precise techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm interactions
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of coffee stations, equipment, and customer areas
- Operate POS systems efficiently and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
- Develop and maintain deep knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and menu items
- Participate in inventory management and supply ordering processes
Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Passion for coffee culture and willingness to learn specialty brewing techniques
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse customers
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
