Responsibilities
- Master espresso machine operation & brewing techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service & upsell products
- Maintain clean & organized workspace
- Process cash & POS transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team during peak hours
- Learn & implement seasonal menu items
- Participate in weekly tastings & training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Positive attitude & strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Reliable transportation to shifts
- Must be available mornings/weekends
- No experience required – training provided
- Food handler's certification (will assist with obtaining)
