Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of high-quality coffee, espresso, and tea beverages to customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting coffee shop environment at all times.
- Engage with customers warmly, taking orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and process payments securely.
- Follow all food safety and health department regulations strictly.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and recipe measurements.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Availability to work weekends, mornings, and holidays.
