Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso drinks, drip coffee, and specialty beverages
- Operate coffee equipment (espresso machines, grinders) safely and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with regulars
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and customer areas
- Handle cash transactions and POS system operations
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Adhere to food safety and health standards
