Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and care
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly, welcoming demeanor
- Maintain clean and organized workspace, including equipment and seating areas
- Process cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient daily operations
- Adhere to food safety standards and health regulations
