Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks (espresso, lattes, cappuccinos) with precision and artistry
- Operate POS systems efficiently, process payments, and maintain accurate cash handling
- Provide exceptional customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment, workstations, and customer areas
- Stock and inventory supplies while ensuring freshness and quality control
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure smooth operations
- Learn and implement new seasonal menu items and brewing techniques
