Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare espresso drinks, pour-overs, and seasonal specialties with precision and artistry
- Provide exceptional customer service with product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Maintain spotless workspace, equipment, and inventory management
- Collaborate with team to create innovative seasonal menus and promotions
- Train new baristas on brewing techniques and customer experience standards
- Operate POS systems and handle cash/transactions accurately
- Participate in community events and coffee education workshops
Qualifications
- 1+ years professional coffee experience with strong espresso skills
- Latte art certification or demonstrable advanced pouring techniques
- Exceptional customer service orientation with conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work efficiently in high-volume, fast-paced environments
- Basic inventory management and cash handling experience
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
