Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks while maintaining quality standards
- Engage warmly with customers, taking orders and providing product knowledge
- Operate POS systems efficiently and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a spotless workspace including espresso machines, counters, and customer areas
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless service
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Adhere to all food safety protocols and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional barista experience preferred
- Extensive knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to multitask effectively in a high-volume setting
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive team player with strong communication skills
