Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of high-quality coffee beverages according to established recipes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting workspace and equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests warmly and efficiently.
- Operate espresso machines and grinders with precision and care.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with the floor team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong knowledge of brewing methods and espresso preparation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
