We are seeking a dedicated Barista who is passionate about the art of coffee making and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, cold brew, and teas, adhering to standard recipes.
- Greet customers with a smile, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations to ensure a memorable experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar, dining area, and restrooms, following strict health and safety guidelines.
- Operate POS systems efficiently and handle cash transactions with accuracy.
- Upsell products and participate in daily shift briefings to align on store goals.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food and beverage industry preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude are a must.
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment is a plus but not required.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the hospitality industry.
