Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare espresso drinks, pour-overs, and specialty coffee beverages following premium recipes
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warm hospitality and product knowledge
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of coffee station, equipment, and customer areas
- Operate POS systems efficiently while handling cash and digital transactions
- Collaborate with team to ensure seamless workflow during peak hours
- Support inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience required
- Expert knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset

- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
- Availability to commit to consistent part-time schedule
