Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve premium espresso beverages, pour-overs, and seasonal specialties with precision and artistry
- Engage customers with product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of equipment, stations, and customer areas
- Support inventory management and quality control of coffee beans, syrups, and supplies
- Collaborate with team to optimize workflow during peak hours
- Participate in seasonal menu development and promotional events
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience with espresso machine proficiency
- Deep knowledge of coffee origins, brewing techniques, and flavor profiles
- Exceptional customer service skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced settings
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and passion for beverage presentation
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tracking
