Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and seasonal specialties, with precision and speed.
- Engage with customers warmly, taking orders accurately and providing recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Maintain a pristine and organized workspace, including the coffee bar, seating area, and restrooms, ensuring high hygiene standards.
- Operate brewing equipment and point-of-sale systems efficiently, even during peak hours.
- Clean and sanitize all tools, cups, and machines according to strict health and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to manage inventory, restock supplies, and ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a coffee shop, café, or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and friendly with diverse customers.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lbs.
