Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and smoothies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace at all times.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Operate espresso machines and brewing equipment according to company standards.
- Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently.
- Clean and sanitize utensils, glassware, and equipment.
- Assist with food preparation and stocking inventory as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
