Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, pour-overs, and teas, following strict recipes and quality standards.
- Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment, espresso machines, and grinders with precision.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering inquiries, and making product recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace, including the front counter, dining area, and restrooms.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking supplies and rotating product dates.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is highly preferred; however, we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and a genuine passion for the industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and speed.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable attendance and a commitment to punctuality.
