Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of high-quality beverages, including espresso drinks, coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, including wiping down counters, restocking supplies, and sanitizing equipment.
- Greet customers with a smile and provide exceptional customer service by taking orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, process payments, and handle cash and credit transactions responsibly.
- Follow all health, safety, and food service regulations strictly.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including brewing and cleaning.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order adjustments.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
