Responsibilities
- Brew Excellence: Expertly prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, ensuring every cup meets our high-quality standards.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, and provide friendly, efficient service to ensure a 5-star experience.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, including the espresso machine and dining area.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Operations: Handle cash registers accurately, restock supplies, and follow safety and sanitation protocols.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer-facing food service role is preferred but not required.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and food safety regulations.
- Personality: A friendly, outgoing, and energetic attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and able to stand for extended periods.
