Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, teas, and pastries according to strict recipes and presentation standards.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and Point of Sale (POS) systems with speed and accuracy.
- Maintain a pristine and organized workspace, including sanitizing counters, blenders, and seating areas.
- Engage with customers warmly, take accurate orders, and address inquiries or complaints professionally.
- Handle cash transactions and manage the register efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service role is highly preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory counts.
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and early morning shifts.
- Passion for coffee and knowledge of brewing methods is a plus.
