Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and specialty coffees.
- Operate espresso machines and brewing equipment with precision and safety.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace, including the front of house and back of house areas.
- Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
- Handle cash transactions and operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required; we provide training!
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
