Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks and specialty coffee.
- Greet customers with a smile and provide exceptional service to ensure a welcoming experience.
- Operate espresso machines, blenders, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tables, counters, and restrooms.
- Stock ingredients and supplies to ensure efficient service throughout the shift.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Passion for coffee and a desire to learn about brewing techniques.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
