Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks using premium beans and techniques
- Deliver outstanding customer service with warm hospitality and product knowledge
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness of café stations, equipment, and seating areas
- Operate POS systems, handle cash transactions, and process orders accurately
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless service
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies
- Adhere to food safety standards and operational procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year barista or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in espresso machine operation and milk texturing
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage diverse customers
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
