Responsibilities
- Brewing and serving high-quality coffee and espresso drinks according to established recipes and safety standards.
- Providing exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and answering inquiries with a smile.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace, including deep cleaning of espresso machines and seating areas.
- Handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS systems.
- Assisting with inventory management, stocking supplies, and rotating product to ensure freshness.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth daily operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, drink recipes, and proper milk texturing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse customer base.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
