Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks using high-end commercial equipment
- Engage customers with warm service and detailed product knowledge
- Maintain a pristine, organized workspace and adhere to food safety standards
- Collaborate with team to optimize daily operations and inventory management
- Participate in seasonal menu development and promotional events
- Train new baristas on equipment usage and brand standards
Qualifications
- 1+ years of professional barista experience or equivalent training
- Proficiency with espresso machines and grinders (equipment provided)
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently during peak hours with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of specialty coffee brewing techniques and flavor profiles
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
