Qualifications
- Previous barista experience preferred but not required with provided training
- Passion for coffee culture and customer service excellence
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle fast-paced environments
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tracking
- Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
