Responsibilities
- Prepare specialty coffee drinks to perfection using provided high-end equipment
- Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge
- Maintain clean and organized workspace per food safety standards
- Operate POS systems and process cash/transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team to ensure smooth café operations
- Support inventory management and quality control
- Participate in seasonal menu promotions and events
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months café or hospitality experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Food handling certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
