Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and creativity
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment (provided)
- Engage warmly with customers, providing product recommendations
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of stations and equipment
- Support inventory management and quality control
- Collaborate with team to optimize service flow
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- 1+ years barista experience preferred
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn advanced techniques
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
