Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using premium equipment
- Train new hires on espresso machines and brewing techniques
- Develop seasonal drink menus and promote coffee education
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of all coffee equipment and service areas
- Engage customers with product knowledge and warm hospitality
- Collaborate with kitchen team on food-beverage pairings
- Inventory management for coffee beans and supplies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience
- Expertise in espresso extraction and milk texturing
- ServSafe certification preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early mornings
