Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks with precision and creativity
- Operate espresso machines, brewers, and grinders (all equipment provided)
- Engage warmly with customers, recommend beverages, and build loyalty
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of workspace, equipment, and customer areas
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Collaborate with team to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
- Previous barista or food service experience preferred
- Passion for coffee and commitment to quality
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
