Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve: Expertly brew espresso drinks, teas, and cold beverages according to company standards and recipes.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations to ensure a positive experience.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times, adhering to strict health and safety regulations.
- Machine Care: Regularly clean and maintain coffee brewing equipment to ensure optimal performance and taste quality.
- Inventory: Assist in receiving deliveries, counting stock, and reporting shortages or damaged goods.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience as a Barista or in the food service industry is preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and familiarity with espresso machines.
- Attitude: A friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality.
- Reliability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
