Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee and espresso beverages according to strict recipes and standards.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace, including the coffee bar, seating area, and restrooms.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and handle cash transactions with accuracy.
- Restock supplies, such as cups, milk, and pastries, to ensure smooth operations throughout the shift.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and sanitation guidelines set by the company and local authorities.
- Clean and maintain brewing equipment to ensure optimal performance and taste quality.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar food and beverage role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, espresso machines, and latte art techniques is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
