Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, and specialty beverages following quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service with product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Operate POS systems efficiently while maintaining accuracy in transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, equipment, and ingredients
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless daily operations and inventory management

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in specialty coffee preparation or customer service role
- Proficiency in espresso machine operation and milk steaming techniques
- Strong communication skills with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic food safety certification (ServSafe preferred)
- Availability to work weekends, early mornings, and holidays
