Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages including espresso, lattes, and seasonal offerings
- Deliver exceptional customer service with genuine warmth and product knowledge
- Maintain cleanliness of all coffee equipment, service areas, and customer spaces
- Operate POS systems efficiently and accurately process transactions
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless service
- Contribute to inventory management and uphold food safety standards
- Participate in ongoing product training and seasonal menu launches
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of barista or customer service experience preferred
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn specialty brewing techniques
- Outstanding communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tracking
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Food Handler's Certificate or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Must be at least 18 years of age
