Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee drinks while maintaining quality standards
- Deliver outstanding customer service with genuine warmth and product knowledge
- Operate POS systems efficiently while processing payments accurately
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and customer areas
- Support inventory management and restocking of coffee/supplies
- Collaborate with team to ensure seamless operations during peak hours
- Adhere to all food safety and health regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in specialty coffee preparation preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer-first mindset
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Basic math skills for handling cash and POS transactions
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
