Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare espresso drinks, pour-overs, and specialty beverages using premium beans
- Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge and warm hospitality
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment, workspace, and seating areas
- Operate POS systems, process payments, and manage cash handling
- Collaborate with team to ensure smooth daily operations during peak hours
- Develop seasonal drink menus and suggest pairings to enhance customer experience
- Source local ingredients and participate in community events
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience required
- Proficiency in espresso machine operation and milk texturing
- Strong knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Food safety certification preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
