Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare espresso drinks, pour-overs, and specialty coffee beverages using premium equipment
- Deliver outstanding customer service with personalized recommendations and warm hospitality
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness of coffee stations, equipment, and customer areas
- Operate POS systems accurately for orders, payments, and inventory tracking
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations during peak hours
- Train new hires on brewing techniques and brand standards
- Support inventory management and restocking of coffee beans, syrups, and supplies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional barista experience required
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and flavor profiles
- Proven ability to multitask efficiently in high-volume environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and passion for quality control
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic food handling certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
