Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare specialty coffee drinks using espresso machines and manual brewing methods
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of barista stations and equipment
- Manage cash register transactions accurately and efficiently
- Upsell premium coffee beans, merchandise, and seasonal offerings
- Collaborate with team during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to food safety standards and allergen protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service or food service experience
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Flexible availability including early mornings (5 AM starts) and weekends
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Positive attitude under pressure with team-first mentality
- Must be 18+ years old per AZ beverage service regulations
