Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve premium coffee/espresso drinks using premium beans and equipment
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warm aloha spirit and product knowledge
- Maintain immaculate hygiene standards for workspace, equipment, and service areas
- Manage inventory, restock supplies, and ensure freshness of all ingredients
- Collaborate with team during peak hours to ensure seamless service flow
- Operate POS systems accurately and handle cash transactions professionally

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience with espresso machine proficiency
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, origins, and flavor profiles
- Exceptional communication skills and genuine passion for customer service
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and early morning shifts
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
