Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks using premium beans and equipment
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations
- Maintain clean and organized workspace, espresso machines, and service areas
- Handle cash transactions and POS systems accurately
- Collaborate with team to create welcoming atmosphere for all guests
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months experience in specialty coffee preparation preferred
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn advanced techniques
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and customer focus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Flexible availability including weekends and early mornings
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
