Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks, espresso beverages, and tea according to recipes and quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service through friendly interactions, order accuracy, and product knowledge
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work area including espresso machines, brewing equipment, and service stations
- Process customer payments efficiently and accurately using POS systems
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies
Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso preparation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must pass background check and food handler certification
