Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare specialty coffee drinks following precise recipes and quality standards
- Engage warmly with customers, providing personalized recommendations and exceptional service
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all coffee stations and customer areas
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and POS systems efficiently
- Collaborate with team to ensure smooth peak-hour operations
- Contribute to inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of professional barista experience required
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and flavor profiles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with composure
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Availability for flexible shifts including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's Permit (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
