Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and advanced techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized recommendations and warm interactions
- Maintain pristine café standards including equipment maintenance, sanitation, and inventory management
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
- Develop and execute visually appealing beverage presentations and seasonal promotions
- Train new staff on brewing methods, customer protocols, and safety standards
- Support community engagement initiatives and local partnerships
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional barista experience with espresso mastery
- Advanced knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Proven ability to multitask efficiently in high-volume settings
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- ServSafe certification or food safety training
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
