Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee drinks using premium beans and precise techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm hospitality
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of all equipment, service areas, and customer spaces
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently through POS systems while upselling products
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
- Assist with inventory management and quality control of coffee and supplies
- Participate in ongoing product training to master seasonal offerings
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional coffee preparation experience preferred
- Deep knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Proven ability to multitask in fast-paced environments while maintaining quality
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a passion for creating positive customer interactions
- Availability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
